As a medical clinic, we ask that volunteers follow these guidelines:
Volunteers are responsible for arranging their own accommodations. We have partnered with two hotels for a discounted group rate, however, you are welcome to book alternative accommodations.
If you would like to share a room and split the cost, we can help match you with another volunteer. Please ensure that you book a double occupancy room (two beds for two people). This will help our team coordinate most efficiently. Upon completing your reservation, contact Michael Wilson via email at philippians.4.8@icloud.com and indicate the following: arrival and departure dates, name of hotel, name on reservation. We'll be in touch within 48 hours.
Volunteer Providers Will Receive:
Malpractice coverage and In-house credentialing.
All medical clinic services and programming will be held in downtown Tampa at the Tampa Convention Center, located at 333 S Franklin St, Tampa, FL 33602
*We are aware that some volunteers are interested in overnight RV parking. We are looking into options. Please reach out to us if you know of any RV parking in downtown Tampa so we can share with other volunteers.
