If you are volunteering, or thinking about it, Hyatt Regency Phoenix near the event location has agreed to offer our volunteers a discounted rate on a limited number of rooms. The discounted rate is available only through August 14, and rooms are limited, so please book right away. After the cutoff, standard rates apply based on availability.

Discounted rooms are first come, first served and only guaranteed while the block lasts.
