Transportation Schedule
REVISED TRANSPORTATION SCHEDULE
IT’S IMPORTANT THAT YOU MAKE NOTE OF THE CHANGES BELOW AND NOTE ALL THAT APPLY TO YOU.
#1 when leaving from the hotel, be downstairs and in line to board the bus 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. THE BUS MUST LEAVE ON TIME.
#2 If you did not reserve a seat at a particular time, you may still ride the bus if a seat is available. PLEASE WAIT AT THE BACK OF THE LINE TO GET ON AFTER THOSE WITH RESERVATIONS. There are extra seats available at every transit time.
#3 Load the bus ONLY WHEN TOLD TO and leave the first 3 rows of seats for families with children and others who walk more slowly.
#4 GATHER ALL YOUR BELONGINGS AND BE PREPARED TO EXIT THE BUS quickly and in a safe and orderly fashion. If you require extra time to exit the bus, please remain in your seat until the others have disembarked. Do not leave any possessions on the bus.
#5 If transportation is needed between the RFK and the Hotel at a time not currently scheduled, please contact Nina Hayden (727-247-2992) to see if a van can be arranged for pickup.
• All buses pickup and return to the Comfort Inn and Suites Alexandria West, 5716 S. Van Dorn St., Alexandria
• Location for all other activities is the Festival Grounds on RFK Campus / Lot 8, 2500 Independence Ave. SE
• Vesper & Sabbath Services location is the National Mall, 12th Street Overpass
