Phoenix 2023 Volunteer Information

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for our next big event taking place at the Phoenix Convention Center. Please check back regularly as the information on this page will be updated as it becomes available. If you have any questions, please email at info@libertyandhealth.org
HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS

Volunteers are responsible for arranging their own accommodations and booking either at the hotel with the discounted rates (see below) or any other lodging.

Any volunteers needing assistance finding someone to share a room/lodging and split the cost, please contact Karen Spence by texting: 615-388-3477 or you may email us: info@libertyandhealth.org.

We have partnered with the HYATT REGENCY PHOENIX 122 North Second Street, which is very conveniently located immediately by the Convention Center for a discounted group rate:

  • Currently 50 rooms are reserved and need to have them booked as LHA will be charged for them regardless. There are, however, fewer rooms reserved for July 3. If you receive a message stating there is no availability while making reservations for dates which include July 3, please do not call the hotel. Contact us at: info@libertyandhealth.org and we will request additional rooms.
  • Room rates are $129/night plus taxes and fees, single or double occupancy.
  • Most of the rooms reserved by the hotel for LHA have a king bed and also a pull-out sofa bed. Roll-out beds may also be requested. Additional double queen rooms may come available closer to the event, if all are reserved for any of the other dates.
  • Click here to make your reservation.
  • Overnight self-parking at the hotel is $30 (which is 25% off the regular rate).
