Hotel Accommodations
All volunteers are responsible to find and book their own
lodging.
LHA has a certain number of reserved rooms at a discounted
rate of $129/night (July 3-9) with the Hyatt Regency Phoenix located at: 122 N
2nd Street, immediately by the Convention Center where the event will be held.
Deadline for booking at this hotel was Tuesday, June 14, however, if you are
interested in a room even though it is past the deadline, please contact us:
info@libertyandhealth.org, as there may be a room available through a
cancellation.
If you need to cancel a room that you have reserved at the
Hyatt Regency, please contact us first: info@libertyandhealth.org as we may
have other volunteers still looking for a room and your booking can be
transferred to them so they may have it at the discounted rate.
Parking at the Hyatt Regency has also been reduced at 25% less
the regular rate, so it is $30/day for those who have booked a room.
Regardless of where you have a room booked, If you would like
to share a room, or if you are looking for someone who needs a roommate to

Meals
Lunch will be provided for all volunteers and patients Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Prepaid option for Friday dinner, Sabbath/Saturday lunch and dinner will be available at $8 per meal. Payments as well as donations (to help cover others who can’t afford it) may be made via the donate button on the home page. See the meal payment choice in the dropdown list. Be sure to SAVE A SCREENSHOT of your payment/donation to show at the registration table in order to receive tickets for the meals covered.
Parking Information
Parking for $5/day is available for all volunteers and attendees at 601 E. Washington St. Must have the QR code that was emailed or request it by emailing: info@libertyandhealth.org

Dress Code
Tops polo-style in the colors given below.
Essentially Medical Services are in white and Non-Medical Services are black except as indicated different below for certain departments.
Bottoms in black, tan or navy.
Scrubs as designated for certain departments (see below).
Be sure to wear comfortable close-toed shoes.

Note: All logistics volunteers are needed at 7 AM to set up pipe and drape. Any other volunteers who are able to be available would be very helpful, otherwise all need to be available to set up their departments by 2 pm.
